Project Manager required by Water and Energy Field Services
Working as an important part of a small team, the job will be office based although some site supervision and travel within the UK will be necessary. The role is an opportunity to develop within a new and growing company in the renewable energy sector
The primary function will be to support the Directors, Senior Project Managers and Senior Field Engineers in project-related tasks including, but not limited to:
Liaison with clients and contractors
Providing cost estimates and compiling technical proposals
Production of as built drawings and and compiling of commissioning documents
Site surveys to assess ground conditions
Supervision of groundwork and drilling
Risk assessments and method statements
Management of suppliers
Cost control
Input into website content and marketing material
Management of MIS 3005 quality system
Ideally the candidate will have experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably with a knowledge of ground source heating and a background in geology or engineering is preferred.
A high level of computer literacy is required, with a knowledge of CAD an advantage but not essential. The ideal candidate should be a good team player, highly adaptable and possess excellent communication skills.
